P5/1 and P5/2 Everybody Up (Part 2):

We reviewed our week 7 spelling words, practice the pronunciation and familiarized the words. It was followed by the second part of our Everybody Up student book, Unit 2: Lesson 3: The Cave. We reviewed the words and phrases first and get back to the story to talk about it again, and I asked them about the moral that they have learnt from the story. I also ask them if they have been helpful yesterday. I asked them on "how can they be helpful?". It was a real life lesson integration in which they will relate the things that they have studied to their own life. We listened to the songs and sang it. It's the best way to remember the target conversation. After this, They practiced the target conversation among themselves to learn it by doing. It was and amazing way to learn the language.

P5/2

P5/2 (Afternoon Class)

In the afternoon, P5/2 did their Everybody Up workbook. We din part A which, practiced their listening comprehension followed by reading the story to furnish their reading skills. We talked about every part of the exercises. I let them answer first, then we talked about the answer. The last part was about questions about themselves. This is integrating what they have leant to their own life. I asked random students to answer the questions personally, so everybody can relate.
