Wednesday, 28th July: Online Classes

Today is the 3rd day of our official online learning on Zoom. Students are mark according to their performances, participation, bookwork and weekly assessments.

Students are now more comfortable in studying online, they are acting like they were in the real classroom setting, (but less fun :( ).

Everybody is HOPING the we could comeback to school to have more interaction with their friends and teachers. 

so, let's start talking about what they have learnt today,

For P5/1, in the morning class, they reviewed their Word Bank # 5, practiced their spelling as well as their pronunciation. Random students were called to perform the 'On-The-Spot' spelling practice. I think, some of them were nervous at first, but it turned out to be really well. All the students that were called spell the words correctly and enunciated them well. Things are getting better these days. Well done everyone! 

Their Word Bank Practice was followed by the review of their Everybody Up book. I could say, that almost everybody, (I mean 98%) of the students really understood the lesson well. This is where they are really good at, compared to Grammar and Word Bank, but this is our English Core, this is the most important part of their learning. 

After their review on the student book, they did their workbook, (while listen to music OF COURSE, who would not like that, ahahhaahhahah).  After that, We discussed and rationalized the answers on their workbook. Everybody were excited to answer, but unfortunately, only few of them could answer. (We are restricted by the time. : ( sad face, : ( sad face, : ( sad face.

In the afternoon, We did Grammar: Plural Nouns. We have been studying this two weeks ago, so most of them really did well in the discussion. We reviewed the rules on making the singular nouns plural. After that, Everybody was called to our grammar exercise.

For P5/2, it's the same as in P5/1, we have been studying Plural Nouns two weeks ago. We have watched videos about Plural Nouns and practiced this lesson on Kahoot.com.

We reviewed all the rules on how to make singular nouns into plural. Students were able to learn more words from the examples on their books and learned to say them properly. After the discussion, every student was called to answer the exercises I prepared for them. They were able to test their knowledge about the lesson, and most of them were really awesome. We were able to recall all the rules while doing the exercises. Well done guys!

สำหรับ P5/2 ก็เหมือนกับใน P5/1 เราศึกษาคำนามพหูพจน์เมื่อสองสัปดาห์ก่อน เราได้ดูวิดีโอเกี่ยวกับคำนามพหูพจน์และฝึกฝนบทเรียนนี้บน Kahoot.com

เราได้ทบทวนกฎทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับวิธีการทำให้คำนามเอกพจน์เป็นพหูพจน์ นักเรียนสามารถเรียนรู้คำศัพท์เพิ่มเติมจากตัวอย่างในหนังสือและเรียนรู้ที่จะพูดอย่างถูกต้อง หลังจากการสนทนา นักเรียนทุกคนได้รับเรียกให้ตอบแบบฝึกหัดที่ฉันเตรียมไว้ให้พวกเขา พวกเขาสามารถทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับบทเรียนได้ และส่วนใหญ่ก็ยอดเยี่ยมมาก เราสามารถจำกฎทั้งหมดได้ในขณะทำแบบฝึกหัด ทำได้ดีมาก!
